POSITION DETAILS:

ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Application Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Univerus’ suite of solutions built on Microsoft’s Power Platform, with a strong focus on Model-Driven Apps. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical delivery — working with clients to understand requirements, configure applications, and deliver scalable solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate. As a consultant, this role also focuses on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business processes, and ensuring each solution delivers measurable impact and lasting value. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Power Platform and is comfortable building custom business logic to enhance and tailor application behavior to meet customer needs. They are proactive, curious, and committed to delivering high-quality, maintainable solutions that drive measurable value for customers. This is a client-facing position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage directly with customers to understand their needs, present solutions, and provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP:
Reports directly to the Implementation Manager and works closely with:
- Project Managers and Implementation Consultants
- Development Manager and Software Developers
- QA and Testing Teams
- Client stakeholders and end users
The Applications Consultant acts as a key link between clients and the Univerus technical team — ensuring that solutions are both functional and aligned with best practices within the Power Platform environment.
